James was born in Wales, and currently lives in Southport, England.
He recalls singing a version of ‘Mustang Sally’ at a school performance when quite young – with a pair of shades on. "Apparently my Mum turned to my Dad and said, “Hasn’t that boy got a good voice!" His Dad replied, “Linda, that’s your son!”
He has appeared regularly since the age of 13 on BBC Radio as an invited guest and as part of their live stage tours, and has also been invited to perform on British national television.
James and his wife Francesca founded “United Voice”, a 100+ person choir which performs in some of the country’s top concert venues including the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and the Cathedral at Blackburn, Lancashire. |
