I’m questioning a couple of the singers’ written notes on Because He Lives (SA or treble duet).

The second note for the singers on measure 37 is D natural, yet the accompaniment is playing D flat. Is this correct?

Measure 45, the last note for the singers is A flat, yet the accompaniment plays A natural a few notes before. Is this correct?

There are two versions of Because He Lives and I chose for my choir the version that has fewer dotted eighth notes. The recording you have by The Amsterdam Staff of The Salvation Army is for the arrangement that I have however the sheet music for this song is the other arrangement.

I have used your music in the past and have so appreciated your talents and your willingness to share your music with all of us. Thank you

I had 2 of my children sing this for my Mother’s funeral in 2009. Takes on a whole new meaning at a funeral.
I will be singing it as a duet on Palm Sunday here in Arlington, TX. Will try to do you proud.
