Dear Sally Deford,
I am not able to express how much I appreciate your arrangements (piano solo as well as vocal-choral).
You are truly a gifted composer, and I have no doubt our Lord speaks through you. I have had the privilege of using your Beautiful Savior choral arrangement and a number of piano arrangements in a number of church services . Your music is so appropriate for those smaller churches coming out of the pandemic with smaller choirs, with pianos available as the only instrument for worship.
Your material has enhanced a number of worship services I have played.
I want to thank you for sharing your musical gifts

When I began to learn this piano solo, 2Nephi 26:23-28 came to mind. The beginning (measures 1-13) to me is a call to come listen and then transitions into being taught (measures 14-28). Page 2 at the accelerando (measure 33) is an awakening that then winds down to a pondering of what was taught (42-55).
Page 3 has another realization (56 measure) followed by more contemplation (59). Then comes the sweet quiet call of the Savior, "Come Follow Me" at measure 67. Interesting note, the right hand is in chords of 3....I think of the Godhead. Then come the realization, a witness of the Holy Ghost that what was taught is true, begins at measure 82 with joy to 86. And at measure 87 the quiet loving continued call of the Savior, "Come Follow Me, Come Follow Me, Come Follow Me." This is my interpretation. I have often wondered what you were feeling as you wrote and played this piano solo. You have a great gift. Thank you for sharing it.

Sally, I agree with Mindy!! I have been searching for a beautiful accompaniment to go along with our Primary singing this hymn for 2019! When Program time comes, the most beautiful songs are the songs we all know, but with beautiful accompaniment. I would LOVE the kind of arrangement that Mindy mentioned :)

Sally, I love your arrangements! I would love to request a nice arrangement of "Come, Follow Me" for Primary Children to sing, and with possibly the congregation joining on the last verse. Also it would be nice if it could be written such that it would be easy to add or subtract the number of verses that a ward would choose to do, since there are a lot of verses and not all wards would do all 6 verses, but some would. It would be perfect for the 2019 theme, to start learning in January, and to use in the Primary Sacrament Meeting Presentation in the fall of 2019. Please consider writing this and I would love a reply! Thanks!
