In reply to sharlene lundy. Do you have a link to a recording of the SATB version of "He Sent His Son" you could share? Background: I Just got called to be our ward's choir director (no previous experience 😲). We are planning to sing the SATB version of "He Sent His Son" in our Easter program on Mar 29th, 2026. In our practices so far we have struggled a fair but with some of the rhythm and paused. I see you have recordings of performances of some of the other versions posted (including the SSA version from 2019 Gen Conference). Thanks in advance for sharing your talents and time!

The YW in my ward are planning to sing this in the SSA format. I don’t think I see that in a recording for them to practice with. Is it somewhere I am missing? They always like to practice on their own with a recording since they are all so busy and I don’t have all of them together very often.

On Easter, we used this SATB arrangement and violin to accompany the Primary children singing this. Had to eliminate rhythm changes that the children wouldn’t be able to follow. It was beautiful. Thanks for your arrangement.

Do you have a Music XML version of He Sent His Son? I’d like to make a melody-only version transposed down a minor 3rd and with guitar chords. I can do the work if I have the electronic file. I’m going to teach this to a bible study group at a memory care facility near me in Illinois.
