Lyrics

In the promise of the springtime
In the quiet after rain
In the golden light of summer
When the sun is on the grain
In the leaves that fly on the rising wind
In the snow that chills the land
All creation speaks His name

In the twilight on the mountain
In the songbird on the air
In the blossom on the meadow
And the brook that wanders there
As the rushing waves on the mighty sea
Come to rest upon the sand
All creation speaks His name

In the roar of rolling thunder
In the quiet hearth ablaze
In the deeds of human kindness
That reflect the Father’s grace
In the sky above and the earth below
Every work of heaven’s hand
All creation speaks His name

What a beautiful piece! Would this piece be written in a lower female voice like mezzo sop or alto? I’ve always been a soprano but I’ve noticed as I age, my range is now lower.

One of the most touching songs ever. I’m looking to play in church with alto sax and piano. I can transpose using Lilypond, but was hoping you might a piano part.

    Thank you

Hello Miss Sally! My sister and I really love this song (actually we are big fans of you and your works, so we mostly sing to them at our church). We decided to make a cover of this as a special song for one of our virtual worships. Thank you very much for sharing your talents and your love for music!

Do you have a piano accompaniment only – no violin. I would like to play the violin part along with the piano accompaniment 🙂
