About the Song
This is a fairly easy choral, with a couple of tricky entrances. Finding pitches at measures 36 and 48 will require some repetition.
A simple bell part is included in small notes on the vocal line. Use any clean bells or organ chimes, preferably an octave higher than written. The bell parts is reminiscent of the Luther “Away In a Manger” melody.
The “choir” in the recording consists of 10 voices, all recorded separately and mixed together (somewhat successfully) through the wonder of technology. I think I won’t do many more of these “virtual choirs”. I have no software that automates the process, so it took too much work and waaaaay too much time.
There is no solo score, so if you want to sing it solo just follow the treble line throughout.
