My All Is Thine
About the Song
This song was written in April 2009 as a gift for Allyse. It became the title track on her 2009 CD, which is a really lovely collection of interpretations. The recording features piano by Marvin Goldstein and viola by April Moriarty, and the score is available from Allyse’s site. The free score here is different from her recording.

What gift have I, dear Lord, to give thee?
What shall I set before thy throne?
Thou art the giver of every treasure
I can but offer thee thine own
Take thou my song and I will praise thee
Teach me to sing for thy delight
Let every echo tell of thy glory
Take thou my song; my song is thine
Take thou my heart, oh how I love thee
For thou art just, thou art kind
Let my devotion bear witness of thee
Take thou my heart; my heart is thine
Take thou my soul, for thou hast bought me
With countless tears, with love divine
My debt is purchased by thy tender mercy
Take thou my soul; my soul is thine
All that I am I freely offer
Withholding nothing that is mine
I place my heart, my song, my soul upon the altar
Oh Savior, take my all; my all is thine

Sally. I SO Love your renditions and I’m so grateful that you make them available at no charge. I have been in ward music for the better part of 20 years and I have loved all your pieces. They’ve brought joy to the choir and ward. Thank you.
I have fallen in love with your “My all is Thine” and we are preparing it for the ward. I’d love to add the violin as is found in the youtube version but I don’t see a written manuscript for that. Is it possible to get the violin part alone?
I love this song. I cannot describe it but the melody speaks to my soul.
I have tried to download the instrumental according to your reply but it does not seem to work for some reason. Is there any way I could get my hands on it? We are hoping to sing it in our church.
Thank you for this beautiful song!
Hi Christine… I’m afraid I don’t quite understand the question, but I’ll take a shot! There is no free download for this track, since it comes from a commercial album. You can purchase the sheet music for the recorded version from http://allysesmithtaylor.com/, and you can also purchase the recording there. There isn’t an option to purchase her track without the vocals. Hope that answers your question!
I could not find the accompaniment track for My All is Thine. Do you have one to share?
Hi Sally. Is there an instrumental track for this song? I would like to sing it for a church activity. Please let me know.
Sally, how do I get the arrangement including the viola instead of just the piano score for one who would like it for solo,
Use the link right under the recording. 🙂
There is no link right under the recording for an accompaniment track. Am I perhaps missing it?
No, unfortunately, there is no download available for that particular accompaniment track.
Can I request for a copy of your minus one, my daughter Faith loves your song, she want to sing your music to our church.
Hope you can grant our request.
Thank you and God Bless.
i thank God for making you an instrument to compose this song. I’ve been singing MY ALL IS THINE a few years ago & it has now a tremendous meaning in my life. I’m opting for an early retirement from my job as a gov’t. employee to work for our Savior full time. The line LET MY DEVOTION BEAR WITNESS OF THEE & I LAY MY HEART, MY SONG, MY SOUL UPON THE ALTAR, O SAVIOR, TAKE MY ALL, MY ALL IS THINE made a big impact on what i want to say to our Father. Thank you for unselfishly sharing your songs with us. May God bless you more.
Ms. Sally, thank you so much for your songs… it inspires me everyday. Godbless you more
I fell in love with the song the first time I heard it. Thank you Ms. Sally. I have printed a copy (SATB) hoping we could sing it in our church but I cannot download the accompaniment.
