Soundcloud is showing 0 plays from my website for yesterday and today, which is… um… somewhat fewer than usual. Which means there’s a problem somewhere.
If you have a second, would you click on a song hosted at Soundcloud, either on a song page or below, and let me know in the comments below if it works for you? Also, tell me if you’re on desktop or mobile?
That will help me know if it’s problem on my end, or just a reporting issue. If the latter, no biggie. If the former, I get to play detective… the webmaster’s 2nd job. 🙂

Played An Angel to watch over me on my desktop. So glad you asked about doing this because I wanted to share an experience with this beautiful song. My mother passed away this last Nov. 2019. Just prior to this by 2 months, my youngest sister also passed away. Very Tender feelings throughout our family. I have a 14 year old grand daughter who lives in Midway, who sings like an angel, and our family asked her to sing your song, An Angel to watch over me,” at the funeral. The words you wrote meant to much and we had often said that once Mom dies, she will be our guardian angel to watch over us until we join her. Many of us have had children who have gone astray, and before our Mother died, we asked her to do what she could do or provide whatever influence from the other side, to try to get our “little lost boys” and bring them back or turn them around. It has been 4 and a half months now, and we have noticed hard hearts changing and we feel it is because of our Angel Mother watching over her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
When my granddaughter sang, there was not a dry eye in the audience. It was absolutely perfect, and the words you wrote made it seem like you knew us and wrote this song for our family. Thank you, thank you for blessing us with your talent and love of music. We too have learned the love of music from our mother, with all of her 8 children learing the Piano, her daughters learning the violin and sons learning trumpet and drums. She was indeed our angel, and her constant vigil is still watching over us.
