YouTube finds to make your December brighter. π
This is a page full of happiness. Without further ado (or any ado at all really) here are some videos made by some wonderful musicians worldwide. I’ll link to the sheet music page in the title of each. Happy listening! π
Here’s an amazing brother/sister duet of “Child in a Manger“:
And here’s a very skillful and expressive piano rendition of “Once In Royal David’s City“:
How about this lovely “There Was No Room” in French? (I don’t have this one in French, BTW. The singer apparently did the translating.)
From Poland, my friend Piotr sent this beautiful “Jesus, Lord At Thy Birth” last year just when I needed it most. Am I jealous of the acoustics? Why yes, yes I am.
Here’s “The Performer Most Likely To Be Invited for An Evening In My Living Room” singing “I Heard the Bells On Christmas Day.” I neeeeed this smile in my life:
Okay, then I came across this “Will You Come To the Manger?” Now it’s a tie for the smile I need most in my living room:
If you’re still with me, you must have enjoyed these as much as I did. If you know any of these wonderful performers, tell them they are terrific and they made my Christmas season merry and bright.

I didn’t know any other way to communicate with you, so I put this on your December offerings.
Our interdenominational choir in southeast Idaho performed your Easter Cantata, “I Stand All Amazed,” and got a standing ovation. The Spirit of testimony was so strong there. I had the privilege of singing, “The Greatest Among Us” as the soloist. It’s my favorite song in the cantata.
This Easter season, as I’ve studied Isaiah’s words again in our Come Follow Me study guide, I kept hearing the wonderful words of your Christmas song, “And His Name Shall Be Called Wonderful.” I wanted a special number for my ward choir to sing for Easter, as choir director, and so, I (assisted by a friend of mine), made up some lines about Christ’s resurrection and His soon Second Coming (I’d love to see you do some numbers about His imminent return!). If you’d be interested in seeing what we came up with, I could send it to you by email or some other way. I have been such a fan of yours for so many years. We are so blessed with the consecration of your time and talents!
I wish someone would write a Christmas song from the point of view of the Nephites. If one exits, I haven’t seen it.
Dear Sally!
I am βdelighted of your wonderful music, especially “When Mary sang Her Lullaby” and your arranged of “O Holy night!”. I just want to ask You to Can I write a polish lirycs to this carols and sing them. I will send You a link to my performance.

Lovely choices all; thanks for bringing them to our attention.
Thank you so much for sharing! The music, especially the sister and brother and the young girls, were very touching! Just beautiful!
Thank you again!
Thank you for sharing your music with us. We used your music with our ward choir. Beautiful music!!
Thank you for the beautiful Christmas music.
Sally, I love that you share you talents so freely! Thank you for your generosity and your kindness. It makes me feel so warm to hear music, and then be able to print it and play it on the piano! I sing, too, but only in private (!).
Merry Christmas and may you be blessed for your good works.
I am a cantor at our church and I have used many of your compositions. I really like how your lyrics are mostly scripture based. It makes it easy for planning a solo or duet for a prelude or reflection at communion.
You are a true blessing to all of us.
One of the times that I used “When It Rains” I got quite a few compliments. Again I have used about 30 different pieces and look forward to using more.
So many thanks for making the compositions available in Personal Composer. I am a first tenor in the Richmond Symphony Chorus, so I need to transpose quite a few to get them in my range.
Many blessings at Christmas!
Thank you SO much for sharing your music freely so that its beauty can bring joy to people all over the world! Loved these videos.
Enjoyed all now feeling ready for Christmas in the right way
Hi Sally! Can you share contact to Piotr, since I also have so many of your songs in Polish? It would be fun to get together and do something!
